SDR responsible for finding, generating and actively engaging eCommerce fraud/risk opportunities for a leading-edge behavioral startup.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will build a pipeline and manage the initial Prospect engagement until hand-off to Sales Leadership.

This role is the proving ground and path to outside sales.

You will be the face of the company and participate in marketing events worldwide.

DevOps Engineer

Between 2019-2020, SecuredTouch’s production volumes increased 100X.

In 2021 we are doing it again.

We are looking for our first DevOps/SRE to join the R&D team to help bring our product to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the R&D group, work with all teams to enable fast and reliable delivery.
  • Own and build deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
  • Manage live microservice-based production environments in Kubernetes. Handle ongoing monitoring and troubleshoot failures.  
  • Configure middlewares (DBs, message brokers, etc) for optimal performance.
  • Design, implement & develop various solutions according to R&D/Production needs.
  • Integrate new technologies into the current spec.
  • Be part of a 24/7 production escalation support on-call rotation

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps/SRE engineer.
  • Experience with managing production systems (availability of 99.9% and above).
  • Familiarity with highly available architecture concepts.
  • Design solutions with security, performance and resilience in mind.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, GCP, AWS, Jenkins, CI/CD, Networking, System Security, Shell scripting
  • Strong ability to use new technologies and understand them in depth through rapid self-learning
  • Bonus:

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Research emerging online fraud methods and techniques, particularly in the eCommerce industries
  • Lead end-to-end POCs for new fraud detection capabilities
  • Work closely with the engineering team supporting the implementation of new capabilities from the research environment all the way to production
  • Become an expert in the behaviors of online fraudsters and establish yourself as one of the few specialists in the world that is capable of solving the fraud problems that no one has ever solved before

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of similar experience in fraud\cyber analysis
  • Strong research skills: mapping existing threats and applying new ways to detect them based on unique data sources
  • Ability to lead proof of concepts end to end, from analyzing data to creating detection solutions and testing their accuracy
  • Experience in analyzing large data sets

As a Product Manager, You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and implement products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.   • Develop and prioritize technical detailed requirements. Ability to translate from high-level product strategy to actual implementation and work closely with R&D on execution and tracking of the roadmap delivery.
  • Manage and prioritize product releases and include features based on customer needs, timelines, and resource availability.

Requirements
